Planning Permission has been granted for our Passive
House Project in the Claddagh, Galway.
The existing property is part of four 1940’s terraces, and is in poor
condition. The design involves the demolition of the existing property, with a
new build which doubles the floor area of the home.

Planning Permission has been granted for our ‘Near
Passive House’, Low Energy Home, in Glenamaddy, Co.
Galway.
The proposal is for 137sqm ground floor accommodation, comprising of a
large bright open plan living, dining, kitchen, conservatory, area with utility &
services and the master bedroom. Upstairs there is 50 sqm of
accommodation comprising of three bedrooms and the bathroom. The main
reception area is a double height space with roof lights to bring solar gain
deep into the plan.
Planning Permission has been granted for our Low Energy
Extension and Renovation to a Home in Corrandulla, Co.
Galway.
The Existing House of a compact 164sqm, four bedroom home, constructed
in the early 1990’s. The orientation of the house is poor, leaving the
kitchen/dining room in the shade with little solar gain.
There is an immediate need for additional living accommodation, larger
rooms and better orientation of rooms such that main living spaces are
getting all day sunlight.
